Today we talked about the moon, we learned why there is a part of the moon which we can never see.
We talked about these concepts related to the moon: crescent, gibbous, waxing, naming.
The different faces of the moon has to do with the position of the sun, the erath and the moon.
It takes 28 days for the moon to complete a whole revolution around the earth.
We have two types of eclipses:
- the solar ecplipse in which the moon is between the sun and the earth.
- the lunar eclipse in which the eath is between the sun and the moon
