EARTH SCIENCES

Today we presented our groups with the drawing and the sentence that represent us. Then we debated the topic we wanted to base our project on. Finally we decided to join the overuse of plastic bottles and cups and the use of plastics in the supermarkets. We had some time to discuss different solutions with our groups. We proposed the idea of giving a metal bottle to the students with the agenda during the first day of class.

Today we worked in cooperative groups. We selected the name, symbol and a metaphor t hat represented our group. We also watched a ted conference about the methodology “Design for change”. Then we did a brainstorming about different environmental problems we could work on. The environmental problem more voted was the overuse of plastic bags at the supermarket.

Hello and welcome to my blog. Here I will upload whatwe do in class every day. I am sure I will learn  a lot from this subject and I would increase my knowledge about earth sciences. I am very interested on the porject of the subject. What I expect of this subject is a complete view of the geagraphical aspects of the earth as well as its relation with the solar systema and the universe.
